I've been using Boostrap Compost since June now. They give you a 5 gallon bucket and they'll haul it away each week or every other week. I still haven't received the hummus yet.
I'll admit that holding onto compost for a week can smell very bad if you need to open up the scrap bucket.
Just be careful when putting your first load of compost into a fresh bucket, the bag tends to fall off and you'll find yourself picking up scraps that didn't make it into the bag.
